  • TiviVue does not retain any of your personally identifiable information or share any of you information.
  • Using Apple Framework CloudKit, TiviVue stores your preferences, settings, and progress, including playlists, favorites, viewing history, hidden channels, parental controls, etc., on your iCloud account. This data is exclusively accessible to you. It utilizes your iCloud storage space if available; otherwise, functionality may be limited.
  • You have the discretion to report any bugs encountered. Should you choose to do so, the app will prompt you to attach a log file, which may contain information about attempted streams and any associated errors.
  • TiviVue employs an iCloud hashed ID for user flow analysis and tracking app usage analytics events. However, TiviVue does not access your personal identity or private information such as email, name, phone number, or other personal data. The analytics gathered are solely utilized for enhancing app functionality and performance and are not linked to individual identities.
